Lick is a metronome app built by Érik Escobedo, available for Android and iOS. The core app is free to use. An optional one-time in-app purchase unlocks cosmetic theme customization.

Information Collection

Lick does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account and does not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Photos

Photos you choose as theme backgrounds are accessed only through the system photo picker and never leave your device.

Device Permissions

On Android, Lick requests the com.android.vending.BILLING permission solely to process the optional in-app purchase through Google Play. On iOS, no special permissions are requested.

Third-Party Services

The optional in-app purchase is processed entirely by the platform's store: Google Play Billing on Android (Google's privacy policy applies) or Apple's App Store (StoreKit) on iOS (Apple's privacy policy applies). This requires an internet connection at the time of purchase. Lick itself never sees or stores your payment information. No other third-party services are used.
